Can I purchase an item shown in yellow gold, in white gold?

Yes, we strive to serve our customers needs and requests by offering 'special orders'. The majority of our products can be purchased in alternative gold tones through a 'special order'. Please go to the 'custom order' form page and type in the SKU and your personal preferences.

What is the safest way to clean my ring?

Because of the large variety of gemstones and manufacturing processes used today, the safest method for cleaning all jewellery is a mild detergent (soap) and water. An extra soft tooth brush may also help clean out hard to reach areas. Ultrasonic cleaners, extreme temperatures, and household cleaners may damage some gemstones and metal plating.

When can I expect to receive my order?

The following is a list of shipping information that pertains to all online order shipments:

  • Please allow 7 business days for standard delivery.
  • The cost for Standard delivery for online orders is $12.00CDN anywhere in Canada.
  • All orders are subject to credit authorization and address verification.
  • For your protection, further documentation and verification may be required.
  • All orders will ship via courier.
  • For your protection, courier shipments will require customer signature upon delivery.
  • All Internet orders will be shipped to the billing address only.
  • If the product you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment you will be notified of the fact and given a new estimated ship date. If the new ship date is not acceptable, you may cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*Special Notice: If you require ring sizing, please add 1 week to the delivery schedule. No orders will be shipped outside of Canada. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address.
